Episode 116 Samuel Lea

from It Just Makes Sense · host Samantha Smith and Jeffrey Siefert

In 2005, Arlington police were called to the scene of an apartment with a foul odor.  They open the doors to find 28-year-old Samuel Lea strangled and rolled up in the middle of a comforter.  But oddly there was a foreign purple substance all over the apartment.  This substance had destroyed any hopes for dna evidence left behind.  The investigation took several twists and turns with people falsely admitting to the murder.  But who turns up as the murderer was even stranger than fiction.
