Episode 117: Wonderful Weekend

The OK Boomers were blessed with a wonderful weekend- Laura and Jean are delighted to share it with you. The last weekend in July was part birthday celebration and part family reunion. The guys in the family golfed. The gals and kids splashed in the pool. We all feasted at a fabulous cookout at Laura's home- "The Farm". And the sunny weather was a special gift. Speaking of celebrations, Jean checked in with our Millennials to learn whether or not office birthdays are still celebrated. Do co-workers still bring a big box of yummy donuts to the break room? Laura reports on the techniques of eating corn on the cob. She mentions a small family calamity.
