However, the consent agreement with the State Bar of Arizona says otherwise. We discuss the lawsuits that Bill Kelhoffer and Afshin Afsharimehr have against Gil to silence his podcast. While both cases are weak, they're attempting to drag Gil into further litigation. We learn that on the Federal lawsuit, Andrew "Fools Gold" Gould has requested from Geoff Sturr an extension for the depositions of Brandon Rafi and Rafi Law Group employees. Despite Geoff's best efforts since June 2025 to get deposition dates, he has gone unanswered to his requests. Good luck Andrew " I can't get out of the primary" Gould in winning that motion.
