I'm back this week after a brief hiatus. After a few different episodes looking at happiness and health and wellness, this week we are going to get back into learning more about helping and supporting our teens. I am exciting to learn more about supporting our teens with their mental health from Counselor and Social Work Amy Shaffer Post. Amy has an extensive background in supporting teens in the school system, being a Learning Counselor, a School Social Worker, a Therapist and Clinical Manager for the last 15 years. She also holds a Master of Social work and has developed and delivered many training sessions and workshops over her career.
