Becky Hagedorn is a 23-year old finishing her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Xavier University. In addition to her academics, Becky has the privilege of being an assistant cross country coach at her alma mater, Ursuline. Becky began running track and field her sophomore year at Ursuline and then expanded to run cross country as well. Recently, Becky paired her two passions, running and mental health, to plan a 5k race that centered around ending the stigma surrounding mental illness. In this episode, Kelsey and Becky discuss all things coaching, learning for life, and normalizing mental health!
