In addition, I explain how it affects your brain and gut over the long term and in the short term. I discuss the impacts it has on your mood and feelings of well-being. Lastly, I discuss the foods you can eat to slow the absorption of alcohol and help support your gut and ultimately your brain after having ingested alcohol.
