Episode 119: The Power of Holding Space

from Wind Down Wednesdays · host Paula Taylor Energy

*Trigger Warning: In this episode I share a personal story of a vision I had surrounding my pregnancy losses. I found this experience extremely healing and I was called to share it to help others who have lost a child, but I recognize that it may be triggering. I suggest you use your own judgment and intuition about whether to tune in to the first 15 minutes of this episode. In Episode 119 I share a story about a transformational experience I had during a recent craniosacral bodywork class as an illustration of the power of holding space. We discuss what holding space means both from the perspective of giving as well as receiving. I share some important elements of holding space: setting intention, non judgment, and addressing overinvestment/attachment to the outcome. This meditation is a practice of holding space and exploring the energetic flow both within and beyond the body. Join my Patreon community, the Spiritual Integration Soul Tribe.
