Episode 12: ASK with Karen Wright

In this week's episode, Carol talks to Karen Wright and they didn't just talk about baking! Karen was a contestant on the Great British Bake Off 2018, she taught herself to bake whilst applying for the show. As she says, her repertoire of baking was extremely limited prior to that. She stepped up and switched her life around using the confidence she had gained in the show. She also says that she seeks out opportunities and takes on challenges wherever she finds them.
