Episode 12 - Frozen *Listener's Choice*
from In The Queue - Film Conversations with Andrew and Phil · host Andrew and Phil
Hello, listeners. 'Ice' to see you.Hey, where's everybody goin'?If you return and listen to our latest podcast I think you will be pleased. For the first time at "In the Queue", Phil and Andrew review a listener's choice! The requested film, "Frozen" is what many consider the best non-Pixar Disney film in years. This animated feature just picked up the Academy Award for Best Song, entitled "Let It Go." In a show-stopping moment, a main character sings about letting her frustrations go and celebrating herself in all her foibles. It's moments like that in "Frozen" that appeal to adults as much as children. Disney's film is full of fast paced humor and action, memorable characters and more than a few surprises throughout it's one hour and forty-eight minute running time. At the film's core is the relationship between two sisters whose love for each other is tested by an uncontrollable magical power one possesses. The little girls of the world now have two new heroines to look up to. "Frozen" is a charming, captivating animated fantasy based on a story by Hans Christian Andersen. Now you should all listen to the podcast. I won't take 'snow' for an answer! Is this thing on?
