For our Help I’m Fallen segment, we explain the practice of devotions, including a few saints and their devotions. We talk about our own favorite devotions, including the rosary and the divine mercy chaplet. Nick quizzes Kari to see if she can correctly identify four movies in the Chick Flick or Horror Film segment. How does she do? Listen in to find out. Finally, Kari plays some of her music for us and talks about her favorite song and what inspires her to compose music. She mentions that some of her music comes from the times in her life when big things happen. Listen in to hear some great music from the heart.
