Episode 12 - Knicks in Six?

In this episode, the guys welcome their first guest to the show, Nick Bryant. Nick is a basketball fanatic who has been a friend of the Starting 5 (and cousin of Josh's) for a while now, and he's been a huge support of the podcast. The show begins with Zach reading off a few hot takes submitted by fans via Instagram in days prior. The guys list if they agree or disagree with each take, and they give their reasonings. They then shift the conversation over to talk about a team that nobody expected to play like they have all season: the New York Knicks. The Knicks have been rollin' recently, and they are currently holding on to a nine game win streak. The guys discuss if they believe the Knicks have a legitimate shot to win the title this year and why. Next, they briefly cover the Wizards who have also been on a win streak, and they discuss if they believe the Wizards can squeak into the playoffs. Once that conversation concludes, each guy came prepared with a list of their top 5 current duos in the NBA (assuming everybody is fully healthy). The conversation begins to get controversial, with each guy spewing out their different opinions. They end the show by discussing KD's list of his favorite teammates that he's played with, and the guys throw in some fantasy basketball banter to wrap it up.
