Episode 12 - Kristina and Kiki Salcido

Kiki thought he was going to be the next Brad Pitt in Los Angeles, CA. Kristina owned a production studio in Los Angeles. They met at a soap opera audition. Kiki told Kristina he did renovations and could help her out with some construction she wanted at her studio. Little did she know, he was watching YouTube videos on how to do the work. The rest is history... They opened their brokerage in New Mexico August 2019 and have closed over $200M in sales since. Over $4M in commissions paid out, over 80 homes are pending currently and 700+ homes have been sold. These two are a force in real estate.
