Guest Biographies   Russell Quirk Russell Quirk has been a property professional for more than 25 years as an agent, house builder, planning committee chairman, PropTech CEO and media pundit for BBC, LBC, TalkRADIO and GB News. He is also a columnist for Property Industry Eye. Always quick with a data backed opinion on the housing market and never short of a view on many aspects of the property industry and its participants. Teresa Wallace Theresa Wallace is Head of Lettings Customer Services at Savills and leads a department covering all aspects of lettings legislation and processes as well as customer complaints and feedback. Theresa has operated in the lettings industry for 30 years. She sat on the ARLA Propertymark board for three years and in 2015, she set up the Lettings Industry Council (TLIC), a group comprising industry stakeholders with the aim of ensuring that there is one 'lettings' voice. In 2019, she set up LARG (Large Agents Representative Group). Theresa's expertise and experience is widely acknowledged, much respected and frequently sought. Vanessa Warwick Vanessa Warwick is co-founder of landlord forum and community, PropertyTribes.com , as well as being a landlord since 1992 and a portfolio landlord since 2004.  Vanessa is in regular demand for her commentary and insights, and has contributed commentary to mainstream media such as The Sunday Times, the Telegraph, the Guardian, and Estates Gazette.  She also co-hosts the "Landlord Lens" webinar with NRLA CEO, Ben Beadle, where they discuss trending topics for landlords.  Being a community manager, Vanessa has her finger on the pulse of what is causing landlords pain, and the topics that are engaging them and she writes many articles to educate landlords on best practice, risk mitigation, and how newbies can get started in BTL safely. Jamie Fraser James has been a landlord and small developer for 25 years. An adviser with the NLA for 10 years and an accreditation trainer with the NLA/NRLA for 13 years, he was also the admin organiser on the Axe the Tenant Tax campaign against Section 24.
