He started his career in Pennsylvania as a dual career agent. In addition to being a Realtor, Jay was a firefighter for more than a decade. In 2018 he made the move to the beach. Since then Jay has operated as an individual agent, oversaw the operations of a successful real estate team, and held various leadership roles within Keller Williams Myrtle Beach. Jay has expertise in all areas of the Grand Strand regarding buying, selling, and investing. His reach extends beyond SC with an extensive network of partner agents around the country. These relationships are responsible for roughly 85% of his yearly business through inbound and outbound referrals. Jay enjoys teaching, networking, and traveling the world with his beautiful wife.
