In Today's Episode I am joined with Mel who speaks about her Crohn's Disease Journey, she speaks about helping others, creating a group to help people and she explains about a App that is really good. Mel was diagnosed with Crohn's in October 2018, she says getting a diagnoises is really important. Mel also gives really good advise, she does really good work too to raise awreness of Crohns and IBD. This epiosde is a great listen. She is also the founder of Colour of CCI, which stands for colour of Crohn’s & Chronic Illness.
