Episode 12 - Nothing of our own self

Many times I have witnessed the children of God, laboring in the work of the Lord, whether it’s teaching, preaching, witnessing, or working in their spiritual gifts, which are given by the Holy Ghost; whether it be the gift of healing, gifts of knowledge, prophesy, for the word of God says of the Lord in Eph 4:11-12 "And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ" But as many labor, often times they lose sight that the work is for the Christ, and it is he that should be exalted for the manifestation of the Spirit of God. Beloved I want to remind you that we are nothing of our own selves, nor can we do anything without the hand of God; and you must never think yourself to be something, for as Paul said to the church in Gal 6:3, "For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself".
