Episode 12 - Rotem Sigall Boneh - Nutrition and IBD: Nuts and Bolts of Crohn's Disease Exclusion Diet In this episode of Nutrition Pearls: the podcast, co-hosts Jen Smith and Bailey Koch speak with Rotem Sigall Boneh RD, about the ins and outs of the Crohn’s Disease Exclusion Diet (CDED).  Rotem is a clinical and research dietitian based at Wolfson Medical Center in Holon, Israel. She holds the distinction of being the founder of D-ECCO, the dietitian committee within the European Crohn and Colitis organization. Additionally, she is a co-founder of the Crohn's Disease Exclusion Diet (CDED) and has played a pivotal role in leading clinical trials in this field. Currently, she is working on her Ph.D. at Amsterdam University, focusing on the role of CDED in the management of Crohn's Disease.
