Episode 12 - Scott Stewart - RAF Officer thoughts on leadership.

from The Leadership Lounge Podcast · host Stuart Waddington

This weeks Episode -   I had the pleasure of catching up with one of my very good friends and ex-RAF colleague Scott Stewart. Scott saw both side of the military starting from a Non-commissioned electronics technician in Aug 2001, to graduating RAF Cranwell in 2009 and becoming an engineering officer, serving a further 9 years.  Leaving the RAF in December 2018, Scott started his career in the private sector as Head of Engineering at hedgehog lab in Newcastle before economic circumstances resulted in him, along with 41 others being made redundant in April 2019. He then joined Sage People Payroll as a Software Engineering Team Lead in May 2019 before moving to TrellisWorks as a project manager in January 2020.  If you want to reach out and connect with Scott on LinkedIn –  https://www.linkedin.com/in/scott-stewart-bsc-hons-ieng-miet-59719772/  Basic format – 20 minutes to help you on your leadership journey  PLEASE ENJOY  Make sure you follow/subscribe to my social media platforms -   Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/STARDevelopmentuk/ LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/stuart-waddington-1882b4aa/ Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/stuart_waddington/?hl=en YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2x388h9BiwofjDJbXfz_hg Spotify - #Leadership – What’s on your mind?  See you next week…..
