Episode 12 Tech Talk: Verification and Validation

from Food Safety University · host Michele Pfannenstiel DVM

Verification and Validation, they are a headache and half to most folks. You've written your food safety plan, and now you have even more work? Seriously??  So how do we actually do verification and validation? It is actually pretty simple:  Figure out what you said you were going to do Figure out if you did it Fix it if you didn’t.   This brings clarity.   Writing down what you said you were going to do = being   decisive. Being decisive = making more money   Stand in a place of clarity and know your truth   Be more calm and centered and know your own discomfort   Being sure of yourself is incomparable, you will build what you were meant to build when you create clarity in your business and in your life.
