Episode 12: The Global IP Matrix issue 12

Dear Readers   Welcome to the twelfth issue of The Global IP Matrix magazine.   As we continue to work our way through this global pandemic, we hope that you and your families are in good health going into the new year with love and positivity in your hearts.  We hope you are all starting to see the light at the end of this very long tunnel we have been going through together. One thing is for sure the global IP community has continued to grow innovatively, engaging with their peers in new and exciting ways. However, you still can’t beat a good old-fashioned face to face, and we hope that this will once again be standard practice for us all very soon.   We have continued working tirelessly in the background in keeping our international audience up to date with news from the world of intellectual property. This issue promises to deliver engaging content from some of the industry’s most respected professionals. Nathalie Dreyfus from Dreyfus law firm in Paris kicks this edition off with NFT’s and Tax issues, followed by Manisha Singh and newcomer Sanat Bathla from LexOrbis in India on the Importance of Intellectual Property for Social Media Influencers and Content Creators.   In addition, with the success of The Women’s IP World annual magazine growing, we have decided to introduce a new segment titled Women’s IP World Bitesize that Dumont in Mexico has sponsored throughout 2022. This new segment shines the spotlight on women working in the industry by sharing their wisdom and expert knowledge as thought leaders.
