In this week's episode, Hannah & Ali talk all things exercise! No pain no gain right?! Um, NO – guess again! When it comes to exercise there are many conflicting opinions & beliefs about what "counts"… leaving people confused AND exhausted. What are the benefits of exercise? How many minutes is long enough? Is there such thing as doing too much? Can I be healthy without going to the gym? Should I feel guilty if I don't do enough? Ahh it's a workout even thinking about these questions! As always Hannah & Ali use the science to help the listeners explore motivations & understand the benefits of moving their bodies in a safe, balanced way!  PS: there's more! Stay tuned for next week when they talk all about nutrition for activity, exercise and sport!
