With Negroni in hand, Jill takes us through The Gauntlet employing what she’s learned on her journey from baby server to bar manager.White Negroni:· 1.5 ounces gin· 1 ounce Lillet blanc aperitif· .5 ounce Suze gentian liqueur· Garnish: lemon twist1. Add the gin, Lillet Blanc and Suze into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.3.
