It's time to reduce your meetings and save yourself some time. If you are a school leader, let's stop having regular recurring meetings just because. Reduce your workload further by getting s copy of my book at teacherspd.net     Notes Delete all your meetings all and email the organiser to ask: What is your role and contribution to the meeting? You won't be attending but will send someone else in your place. You won't be attending the meeting as it has no purpose for you and you won't be contributing anything.
