Episode 121 – Bronchiectasis

On Saturday, July 2nd, our host Dr. Marianne Ritchie talked with two guests including a pulmonary specialist from the Mayo Clinic and a research scientist – both from the COPD Foundation – who have organized the first annual World Bronchiectasis Day to bring doctors, researchers, educators, and patients from around the world to raise awareness and share resources about this treatable condition.

Bronchiectasis is a lung condition that is often missed and can cause chronic illness. Finding it and starting treatment as early as possible can make a big difference in a patient’s prognosis.
