Episode 121: Create >>> Consume

In lieu of some pretty heavy things going on in the country, I wanted to discuss how fulfilling and meaningful it can be to create. I've been actively trying to create more and consume less. Often, when I consume too much (whether it be via shopping or social content), I feel overwhelmed and left yearning for something more meaningful.
