Your Nightly Prayer 🙏🏾 James 1:19 The LORD hath sworn in truth unto David; he will not turn from it; Of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne. -Psalms 132:11 DEVOTION Based on Psalm 132 Tonight’s psalm highlights the faithfulness of God to keep His promises. God’s covenant with David was not only a promise for his time but a foreshadowing of Jesus Christ, the eternal King from David’s lineage. This verse reminds us that God’s promises are sure and unchanging, offering us hope and security in His plans for our lives. Take a moment to meditate on God’s faithfulness. Breathe out doubt and uncertainty, and breathe in the assurance of His truth. Trust that the same God who kept His promise to David is faithful to fulfill His promises to you. A.C.T.S. REFLECTION ADORATION: Praise God for His unchanging truth and faithfulness. Rejoice in the beauty of His covenant-keeping nature and His steadfast commitment to His Word. Help me to trust in Your faithfulness, even when I cannot see the full picture. Strengthen my faith in Your plans and guide me to rest in the assurance of Your truth. Let Your faithfulness bring peace to my heart tonight and hope for the future.
