Episode 122: #122 Coach learnings from legendary coaches Bill Belichick and Nick Saban

As I record and post this first podcast for 2024, two of the great American Football Coaches retire/resign. Legendary coaches Nick Saban with Alabama University and Bill Belichick with New England Patriots. These two coaches had unprecedented success with Nick Saban 7 time National College Championships and Bill Belichick 6 time super bowl winner. During this episode I discuss what I have learnt from watching, reading and listening to what these two coaches did. Mantra's like 'Do you job' and 'trust the process' to knowing that 'success is not a continuum' and that there are 'No Secrets'.
