Episode 122: Navigate Opportunities Carefully

Today we'll be talking to Kris, an FNP about to start her own practice where she'll focus on weight loss, IV therapy, and HRT, she would also like to implement functional medicine services at some point. Kris comes to the show looking for help on how to start, how to work smarter rather than harder, general start-up advice, and how to navigate new opportunities that are presented to her. A very important lesson we take from this episode is that you have to navigate opportunities very carefully, a lot of times people who come to you offering business opportunities and collaborations are just after their own benefit by taking advantage of you, you have to analyze these people's motives and determine if it'll be a positive addition to your business or life in general, most times it's not gonna be and you have to learn to identify and avoid these people.
