Giving back is something we probably have all felt called to do at one point or another. Whether it was donating to a non-profit you really connected or volunteering at a soup kitchen on the weekends. We have that sense of giving back when we can that drives us to become more involved in the community. For our guest this week, Lindsey Liles felt the calling to give back in a way that betters the community and hopes to help create a healthier lifestyle for people of all ages. Lindsey is the treasurer of RocketKidz Foundation, a foundation set out with the goal of making their little patch a healthier and happier place to live. Lindsey was first impacted by the foundation when she participated in the RocketChix Race and absolutely fell in love with the race community. Fast forward to present day, Lindsey has completed 3 Ironman races and many more olympic distance and sprint triathlons. In this episode we focus on the community made in the racing world and the impact that has had on not only Lindsey's life, but each person involved.
