Episode 123: Final Episode

from Life Lab Hosted by David Ponder and Zach Schaefer

Nearly a decade ago, we started Life Lab as a passion project. 123 episodes later, it’s time to close the chapter. In our final episode, we look back at what Life Lab became, what we learned, what we would do differently, and why ending something doesn’t mean it failed. Sometimes a project simply does what it was supposed to do, and the next step is to carry what you learned into the next phase of life. We talk about friendship, presence, values, fear, change, gratitude, taking action, and the importance of closing open threads instead of dragging them forward simply because you’ve invested time in them. Life Lab may be ending as a podcast, but the experiment continues. Thank you to everyone who listened, shared an episode, challenged an idea, or experimented alongside us over the years.
