For Joe Talbot, all he has ever known as a vocalist, songwriter and performer has been IDLES since they first formed back in 2009. His perseverance with the band has come to pay off with major dividends, as the Bristol-based band rose to major indie stardom in 2018 with their critically-adored second album, Joy As An Act Of Resistance.
