Lynne has developed a comprehensive suite of learning resources to support teachers, families and young people on their path to resilience. Lynne is constantly inspired by the concept that young people can learn to be their own teachers through self-mastery and by developing a love of learning. It was this vision that led to the development of a resilience teaching framework and a suite of complementary books and journals. Together, these elements personalize the education process and support young people on their journey to greater resilience.TIMESTAMPS• [8:46] Lynne explains how children's brains are different, even in identical twins, and how this affects their ability to understand and empathize with others. • [12:39] Lynne discusses the importance of asking open-ended questions to children, such as "What experience did you have today?" instead of "What did you learn in school?" to encourage them to share their thoughts and feelings.• [24:32] Dj & Lynne talk about using language to help children develop emotional intelligence. • [28:52] Lynne explains that highly emotional children have an overloaded nervous system, which can be regulated through music and thinking words. For more information on the Imperfect Heroes podcast, visit: https://www.imperfectheroespodcast.com/Connect with Us!DJ Stutz - Website: https://www.littleheartsacademyusa.com/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/littleheartsacademy/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/littleheartsacademy/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOpphCRklDJiFXdS76U0LSQ\DJ Stutz Booking Link: https://bookme.name/ImperfectheroespodcastROMAN IS BIGGER BOOKCICERONE MASTERS Link: https://www.littleheartsacademyusa.com/courses/cicerone-mastersONE ON ONE COACHING Link: https://www.littleheartsacademyusa.com/courses/one-on-one-coaching-bundleLynne Kendall - Website: https://theresiliencetutor.com.au/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theresiliencetutor/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/theresiliencetutorLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lynne-kendall-resilience-tutor/ Support the showSupport the show.If you like what you hear, we would appreciate your support.
