I am delighted to welcome to The Podcast, Joe from Vault City Brewing based in Edinburgh. Vault City was launched in 2018 by Founders Steve and Johnnie in Edinburgh. A period of sustained success saw them relocate to Dundee for a while as tenants of 71 Brewing, before triumphantly returning home to the Portobello district of Edinburgh in 2021.
