Mark Neff is no stranger to pivoting. He’s made drastic career changes—from the business world to hair styling to coaching. Years ago, after getting his second DUI in six months, he decided to finally face his alcoholism and get sober. He is a testament to what can happen when you embrace your authentic self. On episode 124, Mark shares his career journey, his path to sobriety, and what it was like to come out as a gay teenager. Just before the pandemic, Mark sold his hair salon and followed his passion into coaching.
