みなさんの国では、卵をどうやって食べますか？目玉焼き（めだまえき）？ゆで卵？日本では、生の卵をそのままご飯にかけます。これを「TKG」と言います。「えっ！生の卵を食べるんですか？お腹が痛くなりませんか？」と驚く学生さんが多いです。今日は、TKGの秘密（ひみつ）について長くお話しします。How do you like your eggs in your country? Do you prefer them sunny-side up? Or maybe hard-boiled?In Japan, we have a very special way of eating them: we pour a raw egg directly over a bowl of hot rice. We call this "TKG"—short for Tamago Kake Gohan.Whenever I tell my students about this, many of them are shocked. They ask, “Wait, you eat raw eggs?!
