Susie Heaver is a Human Resource professional with 25 years of experience possessing a diverse skillset including program management, recruiting, training, and overall human resource functions.  A highly effective communicator with proven ability to build long term relationships with internal and external clients by establishing a high level of confidence and trust.   Susie has been with Ernst & Young (EY) for 7 years and works on the Contingent Workforce Solutions team as a Program Manager. She works with engagement teams to find the best path to bring contractors onto their projects.  Susie and her husband Brian live in Shakopee with their 3 boys: Gavin (15), Preston (12), and Grayson (9).
