We reach the end of the Key to Time saga, where the production team decided to put the finale in the hands of a “safe pair of hands” – Bob Baker & Dave Martin (wut?). Anyway, they give us a bonkers story where two planets are fighting a deadly nuclear war, a shadowy figure manipulates things from in between the two planets, there’s a rogue Time Lord who presents as a used car salesman (ummmm… oooookay!), and the final segment of the key is… a person? It’s time for us to talk about The Armageddon Factor!   Join us as we discuss the potential genocide of the Zeons, how Merak is an absolute tool, lament K9 becoming a damsel in distress, how Game Theory comes into play, and wander what happened to the Zeons (and how it’s totally glossed over).
