Your Nightly Prayer 🙏🏾 Isaiah 43:18-19 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” ISAIAH 43:18-19 DEVOTION Based on Isaiah 43 God calls us to let go of the past and trust in the new things He is doing. Dwelling on past failures, hurts, or even successes can keep us from seeing His fresh work in our lives. He promises renewal—bringing life where there was barrenness and making a way where there was none. Just as He provided for Israel in their wilderness, He is still the God who creates paths through difficulty and refreshes weary hearts. His power is limitless, and His plans are always greater than what we leave behind. Take a moment tonight to surrender past burdens. Breathe out regret and fear, and breathe in the hope of His new work. Ask Him to open your heart to His fresh beginnings. A.C.T.S. REFLECTION ADORATION: Praise God for His power to bring renewal. Worship Him as the God who makes a way in the wilderness and provides rivers in dry places. CONFESSION: Reflect on times you’ve clung to the past instead of trusting God’s new plan. Confess any fear or doubt that has kept you from embracing His renewal. THANKSGIVING: Thank God for His faithfulness in leading you forward. Express gratitude for the times He has made a way when things seemed impossible. SUPPLICATION: Father, help me release what is behind and step into what You are doing. Open my eyes to see Your new work in my life. Strengthen my faith to trust Your guidance, and refresh my heart with Your presence. You turn the rugged mountains into roads and make them level paths for Your people to traverse. We marvel at Your power and authority over all things, both seen and unseen. Your mercies never fail - they are new every morning, and we thank You for Your grace and compassion. Your love is perfect and endures forever, even when times are hard. We trust in You to lead us through the dark valleys and shadows that can try to overtake us, knowing that You will always be faithful.
