Daniel is a Learning, Development and Inclusion partner at Burrell Behavioral Health and focuses on advancing, expanding and improving behavioral health with a focus on inclusion.Daniel and Sean have partnered with young professionals and community leaders in promoting diversity and inclusion.Their conversation started with the importance of the growing profession of equity, diversity, and inclusion and then they dove deep into mental health and the disparities that teachers and students of color face.They rounded out the conversation talking about how physical activity and sports can benefit marginalized students and addressed the community involvement aspect of the WSCC model
