Episode 126 - Danielle Gibson
from Outside The Chute Hosted by outsidethechute
Outside The Chute sat down and chatted with University of Arkansas alum, current volunteer coach with the Georgia Bulldogs and Athletes Unlimited star, Danielle Gibson. Gibby has had a fantastic career to date and she’s still going strong. She is a two time NFCA All-American, 2018 NFCA Freshman of the Year Finalist, two time All-SEC Defensive Team selection and 2022 USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year Finalist. She also holds the distinction of hitting for the homerun cycle back in 2019. Not only that she did it in 4 innings. That’s just insane. Of course, we’re gonna get into detail on that. We’re also going to chat about how she got her start in the game, her time at Arizona State, the transfer to Arkansas and her time there, as well as, her journey into pro with Athletes Unlimited and much, much more. Gibby was an absolute pleasure to chat with and I’m so excited to see what the future holds for her on and off the diamond down the road
