Episode 126 - Destiny Morris

Destiny Morris is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California who specializes in trauma work with first responders, their families, and high-stress populations. She works with adults, couples, and teens navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and the cumulative impact of critical incidents. As both the daughter of a first responder and a former first responder partner, Destiny brings lived experience alongside clinical training, including EMDR therapy and First Responder Counselor certification. Her approach blends directness, cultural competence, and genuine connection creating a space where dark humor, honesty, and real conversations are welcome parts of the healing process.
