Episode 126 - Eraserhead *Criterion Critique*

  In Heaven, everything is fine.  I just made that up!  The likes of the Pixies, Stanley Kubrick and Charles Bukowski have all drawn inspiration from this crown jewel of midnight movies: the weirdest movie ever made.  There is no movie like 'Eraserhead.' Filmed over five years as David Lynch's thesis project at the American Film Institute, the film is an immersive experience of the highest visual and auditory order.  A man with tall hair, a mutant calf-fetus for a child and a puffy-cheeked woman living in a radiator are just a few of the lovable characters in this unforgettable cult classic.  In honor of 'Eraserhead's beautiful cinematography, this episode was recorded in black and white.
