Jay shares his passion Rise & Shine the amazing project he has poured his heart and soul into and much more.  Rise+Shine is the evolution of a proven holistic youth program that has been hosted in 5 cities, and featured more than 70 mentors since 2016. Rise+Shine is challenging GenZ to stop just watching - and to start engaging with some of the most interesting individuals, organizations, and companies in the world. Their platform features short-form video content, interactive challenges, and exciting real-world and digital rewards to be earned.
