Episode 126 The Murder of Rodney Cockeye Stepp

This week's case is about the murder of Rodney "Cockeye" Stepp in Martin County, Kentucky.  Elwood "Woody" Six and Rodney Stepp were the best of friends, but Rodney was a bit of a wild drunk.  He was an alcoholic prone to violent outbursts.  One day during the Christmas season the men went into town to do something Christmas shopping.  Rodney thought it was a great time to imbibe on some libations during the trip there and back.  On the ride home, Woody thought it was a good time to tell him he was concerned about his drinking.  This led to an altercation, a gun was drawn and Rodney was killed.  BUUUT Is this murder or self-defense?
