Episode 126: The Podcast 2.0—More Bikes

from Totally Deep Backcountry Skiing Podcast

On Episode 126 of Totally Deep Podcast, Doug Stenclik and Randy Young of www.cripplecreekbc.com bring you the lowdown on the world of uphill and backcountry skiing and boarding. Gear, technique, fashion, jargon, guests, and assorted spray from folks who know how to earn it in the backcountry. The world's best backcountry skiing podcast. And...with a new twist, the world's best bike & backcountry podcast. That is correct; if you have been listening to the podcast for a while now, you are likely aware that CCBC has expanded to CCBBC, as in Cripple Creek Bike and Backcountry. As we are a topical podcast regarding the happenings at our stores, we'll be covering cycling—in all, if not most of its forms—on the podcast. For those die-hard backcountry skiers, we discuss our staff retreat at Silverton Mountain, which involved a spicy entry for some. We then pivot to two-wheeled steeds. There's the Giro, the Mountain Bike World Cup, and some discussion of bike tech to close out this podcast session.    On Episode 126 of the Totally Deep Podcast: But sliding or scooting into a firm-steep line.  Closing the Silverton store.  The Giro. Stoke for Christopher Blevins and the Short Track and Olympic XC. Streaming cycling races. The quiver review (cycling).  Tire casing & width.  World Cup track dreams.     Thanks for listening and joining us for the 2024-2025 season.  And remember: be safe out there.    More info about TDP at Totally Deep Podcast Blog on Cripplecreekbc.com.
