Episode 127: Serve with Excellence, Pray for Others, and Trust God in Difficult Times

How do we remain faithful when life is difficult? Today’s readings from 1 Kings 7, 2 Chronicles 4, Psalm 44, and 1 Timothy 2 remind us that God values excellence, hears the prayers of His people, and remains faithful even in seasons of hardship. As Solomon’s temple is carefully prepared for worship, believers are reminded to use their gifts for God’s glory. Through Psalm 44 we learn to trust God honestly during suffering, and through 1 Timothy 2 we discover the power of prayer and the hope found in Jesus Christ, the one mediator between God and humanity.
