Episode 127: The Retro Game Anniversary Awards 2025

Merry Christmas, everyone! Our treat to you this year is the start of a new to-be-annual tradition where we've created an awards show with a twist. There are nine categories, from best game and best visuals to most disappointing and worst ageing, that must be filled by games from 1995, 2005 and 2015 - 30, 20 and 10 years ago respectively. There's a bonus spot for a 1985 game if we deem it worthy. The only other rule is that there can be no more than three games for each of the three years, as much as 2005 could fill way more than that! Join us in celebrating these anniversary games, and we'll see you (hopefully) before the end of the year with the 'forgotten episode' of our Top 10 PS2 Games that Alex completely forgot to edit!
