Ryan is principal trumpet of the Alabama Symphony Orchestra and host of of the That’s Not Spit Podcast, and Kathleen is principal clarinet of the Alabama Symphony Orchestra and musician in the IonSound Project chamber group. Together they give us some insights into juggling work from home and family, personal growth, and sustainable careers given pandemic shifts. “Do great work because you can do great work - not because your career depends on it.” The pandemic has brought them spiritual journeys, more family time, better boundaries, and new perspective.
