This week we interview Kirk Williams, the CHRO of Donnelly Financial Solutions (DFIN), a $1B global financial compliance company based in Chicago.  In this role, Kirk is responsible for setting all Human Resource and Communications strategies for the company and leads a team of 35 professionals who support 2,500 employees in 14 countries worldwide.  Kirk has extensive experience working with executives and boards of directors.  He is known for being a transformational leader who finds pragmatic solutions to complex problems and helps companies achieve superior results.
