Your Nightly Prayer 🙏🏾 Proverbs 27:17 Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.” PROVERBS 27:17 DEVOTION Based on Proverbs 27 This verse highlights the power of godly relationships. Just as iron sharpens iron, strong, honest friendships help us grow in character, wisdom, and faith. True friends encourage us, challenge us, and hold us accountable. Through these connections, we become sharper—more effective and more faithful in our walk with God. We were never meant to walk alone. God places people in our lives to strengthen and refine us. Healthy relationships rooted in love and truth help us become more like Christ. As we sharpen others, we, too, are sharpened. Take a moment tonight to reflect on the people God has placed in your life. Breathe out of isolation, and breathe in gratitude for the community. Teach me to encourage, challenge, and support those You’ve placed in my life. Strengthen my relationships so we may grow together in faith, bringing glory to You.
